An assault casualty bit a cab man's penis as he constrained himself on her in his taxi, a court has heard.
Malcolm Hancock, 55, is blamed for assaulting the lady, who can't be named for lawful reasons, subsequent to driving her home from a night out in South Shields, South Tyneside, in June 2019.
Members of the jury heard the lady had been drinking at home and in bars and got into Hancock's taxi subsequent to getting isolated from her companion.

'I was thinking "should I chomp it", I went to nibble it. On the off chance that I bit it I didn't chomp hard.'
She said her memory of the episode was foggy yet added: 'I simply realize what happened shouldn't have occurred.'
Hancock, from East Boldon, denies assault and claims it was the one who was 'physically forceful towards him'.

Mr. Abrahams said Hancock inquired as to whether he could enter the lady's home when they pulled up however she said no, after which he continued to assault her.
Mr. Abrahams added: 'Befuddled by what was happening, it paused for a minute for her
to react. She accepted she chomped his penis, albeit not hard, simply under the tip.'
The lady reached her sweetheart and her mum when she got into her home.
Hancock, who was followed and examined hours after the supposed assault, at first said he had 'no clue' about the charge except for later guaranteed the lady had welcomed him in and 'got' and 'pressed' his penis after he denied, attendants heard.
He is said to have guaranteed the lady momentarily gave him oral sex however that he halted her following "a few seconds".
